Spinal & Natural Healthcare Centre is part of Spinal Health Essex Limited.  The Centre is based at 112 Rushbottom Lane, Benfleet, Essex SS7 4DW.  We may process “personal data” and/or “special category data” (as defined in UK data protection legislation) as part of our contracted services and/or for our administration.   Data are held securely whilst they remain relevant to the reasons for collection or if there is a statutory retention period. Once no longer needed, all data are destroyed by secure means.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of the contracted services, for our administration and/or if we are required to do so by UK law.  We cannot accept any liability for processing conducted by a third party outside our remit.

As required by law, we have conducted a cookie audit on our website.  “Cookies “ are internet files utilised by websites.  We utilise google analytics cookies to enable us to monitor and improve our website for our customers.  We do not use any  intrusive cookies.
